Family with children satisfaction
We had an very nice time at this hotel. The check-in was not just a routine, we were treated to some amazing macarons and champagne which was unexpected, I mean, who does that right? And the way they took care of my kids with sweet treats in the lobby all day long.
It wasn't cheap but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Unique library lounge, inclusive fitness facilities, high-end amenities like Dyson hair dryers
The air conditioning struggles during warm nights!!! Slow bar service and poor internet connectivity detract from the luxury experience!!! Limited hooks and cramped rooms could be rethought for better guest comfort!!!

Great Location and Service, But Room Temperature Issues
Our stay included good breakfasts that recharged our mornings. Staff were great too accommodate us, though our room felt uncomfortably warm despite the cool weather. For a peaceful night, consider requesting a room away from busy streets to mitigate the noise from outside.

Excellent customer service .
This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating! First off, the room format was odd. We struggled to fit everything in the hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom, ridiculous. The amenities were severely lacking. To top it off, there were no basic business services available, such as a printer or any comfortable lounges.

Excellent amenities included, but our room was very small and lacked space.

The breakfast options are noteworthy, with delicious Belgian waffles and a well-stocked mini bar. Plus, from the spacious suite, one can enjoy an really good view of La Madeleine and the thoughtfully tailored complimentary snacks create a personalized touch.
Navigating the room layout with large luggage proved tricky due to the oddly formatted space. I faced unexpected pricing issues when my daughter joined last minute, resulting in a steep additional charge-certainly not what I had anticipated. While the mini bar was well-stocked, the overall feel still lacked the seamless luxury experience I was hoping for at this price point.

I had a bit of a hiccup when my daughter joined at the last minute, and I was hit with a shocking €3600 charge for the stay.
